What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it
We use your information to fulfil your order, send delivery updates, and answer support questions. We only send marketing email if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only our fulfilment partner, so your order can be shipped, and our payment processor, so your payment can be taken. Nobody else. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. We also use the Meta pixel to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, but your cart may not be remembered.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop. You will still get emails about orders you have placed.
Deleting your data
Write to us and we will delete your personal data, apart from the order records we are legally required to keep.
