Who we are
DUNWICK sells heated apparel online. You can reach us any time at hello@dunwick.uk, and we aim to reply within two business days.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete once we confirm and ship it. If something is priced incorrectly or is out of stock, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Shipping
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 days. Shipping within the United States is free.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item arrives with us.
Using the product safely
Always remove the battery before washing the vest. Do not use the vest on broken or irritated skin, and do not use it while sleeping. It is not intended for children. Stop using it if anything feels too hot or the wiring is damaged.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a direct result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for damage caused by use that ignores the safety notes above. Nothing here limits rights you have under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are handled by its courts.
